Dear 2017 OAHCP Convention and Tradeshow Exhibitors:
We are pleased to inform you that Event 1 Productions has been selected to serve as your Official Service Contractor for your decorating needs at the 2017 OAHCP Convention and Tradeshow to be held May 2-3, 2017 at the Embassy Sites Norman-Hotel and Convention Center.
Event 1 Productions offers many other services and rental equipment, to help maximize your ex-posure at the 2017 OAHCP Convention and Tradeshow.
Please take note of the following:
The tradeshow will be held at the Embassy Suites Norman Hotel and Convention Center located at 2501 Conference Drive, Norman, OK 73069.
No pinning, stapling, tacking, etc. is allowed on the booth drape and table skirting. If pinning, sta-pling or tacking, etc. occurs, the exhibitor will be directly responsible for the replacing cost of the drape.
All exhibitor vendor orders must be paid in full prior to Event 1 Productions move-in.
All freight will be received at the Event 1 warehouse and transported to the Embassy Suites Nor-man Hotel and Convention Center. After the show an Event 1 Productions representative will be available to help make shipping arrangements out of the show. If you have an account or would like to use a carrier other than ABF, please make arrangements to have all shipments picked up by 4:00 PM on May 3, 2017. All freight remaining at that time will be forced out through a common parcel carrier to the exhibiting company within 10 business days.
The Embassy Suites Norman Hotel and Convention Center will not accept freight for the 2017 OAHCP Convention and Tradeshow outside of Apr 30, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and May 1 , 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. If you need to send freight after the deadline date and time, or have freight and dray-age questions, please contact Scott Cutten @ 918-245-8006 or SCutten@Event1inc.net for assis-tance. A shipping information form will be placed in your booth, near the end of the show to help in making shipping arrangements.
Event 1 Productions also sells exhibit displays, pop-up displays, table throws, booth banners, hanging banners, literature racks and much, much more. You can send us the artwork you would like to use or we can design something for you.
